In addition the credit card offers a 0 percent 15-month intro APR on purchases and balance transfers and a 15 percent cash back bonus on the first $1,000 spent with the card. There is a $75 annual fee charged for the card.

Citi Double Cash Card

The Citi Double Cash Card offers 2 percent cash back on all purchases, issued as a two-part process. The first 1 percent is earned when you use your credit card to purchase an item, while the second 1 percent is earned when the purchase is paid for through payments to the credit card company. The credit card offers a 15-month, 0 percent APR on both purchases and balance transfers. There is no annual fee for the card and no limit to the amount of cash back you can earn.

BankAmericard Cash Rewards Credit Card

The BankAmericard Cash Rewards credit card is another one of the best credit card offers for its money saving benefits. This credit card offers a 12-month, 0 percent APR on both purchases and balance transfers and you can earn cash back on purchases: 3 percent on gas, 2 percent on grocery purchases, and 1 percent on everything else. After spending $500 in the first 3 months, you’ll earn an additional $100 cash back. There is no annual fee for this card.

Chase Slate Credit Card

The Chase Slate Card is a great credit card for balance transfers. The credit card offers a 15-month, 0 percent introductory APR on both balance transfers and purchases and there are no balance transfer fees during the first 60 days of owning the card. There is no annual fee for the credit card so you will pay nothing on any money borrowed until 2016.

Citi Simplicity Credit Card

The Citi Simplicity Card is another great credit card for balance transfers. The credit card has a 21-month, 0 percent introductory APR for purchases and balance transfers, as well as no annual fee and no late fees if you forget to pay your bill on time.
