Aware of my limitations, blogging provides an opportunity to expand my own knowledge and capacities through networking with other like-minded individuals.
Emailing people half-way around the world (let alone around the country), meeting local writers (in real life), and generally spreading information – all adds to the experience.
The more active you become in your own interests, the more inertia comes into play. Eventually, something gains such perpetual motion that it can be hard to stop. Sort of like earning interest on interest on interest – ad infinitum!!
