If you’re looking for an Airbnb, chances are you aren’t looking at one that costs tens of thousands of dollars per night. However, there are many of them out there waiting for guests. If you’re a big spender, you might be interested in one of the enormous, scenic properties that are among the most expensive in the country.

The team at BestBrokers searched Airbnb.com for the top 10 most expensive vacation rentals in each state. Ensuring accuracy, they manually collected the data and filtered the priciest Airbnb in every state from the full list of 500 properties, including all taxes and fees.

Subsequently, they curated the 20 costliest rentals overall and ranked them based on the total price for a 7-night stay in July 2024 – a peak month for vacation rentals in the U.S. Additionally, they examined essential information for each Airbnb, such as property type, cost per night, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, maximum guest capacity, and premium amenities.

These are the most expensive Airbnbs you can rent! Unfortunately, we could not get photos of the specific properties, but you can check them out on Airbnb and decide if they are worth the price!
