Drinking a Lot of Water

You need plenty of water each day for your health, but many people just don’t think about it. A healthy habit is to have a goal for how much to drink each day and keep a water bottle close by.

Getting Plenty of Fiber

It’s important to make sure you get enough fiber to lower your risk of certain cancers. Many produce items have a lot of fiber. You can also buy ready-made foods that have fiber added to them.

If you never get any natural light, it can cause depression. Getting a little sun can energize you and encourage you to do outdoor activities. Getting a sunlamp just isn’t the same.
