This gives residents the calm and quiet of a small town while easily being able to access everything in the city.

Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania

This is one of many Philadelphia suburbs on this list. This town has a population of about 5,400, giving it a small-town feel. Its schools are rated A+, and the town is full of charm.

Another suburb of Philadelphia, this suburb is a larger one with a population of over 14,000. It has A+ rated schools, and most of the population owns their own homes.
