No one loves their bank. We tolerate banks and hope we can get them to help us when we need it. All banks charge fees in varying amounts, and some banks are more apt to give their customers fees. If you’ve ever had an unexpected fee from a bank, you may know how frustrating it can be.
For some people, it pushes them to make a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, or the CFPB. Complainants report steep fees, the aggression banks have in charging them, and more. According to ConsumerAffairs, these are the banks that get the most complaints about fees.
