When you’re in the market for a new sofa, the color of it may be the most important factor in your choice. Sofas need to be comfortable, and they need to be a color that goes well with the rest of the room.

The sofa often takes up a large portion of a room, so its color is always important. According to Country Living, these are the colors that are the trendiest right now.

Gray perfectly encapsulated the current trend for gray interiors. There are so many shades of gray that it’s possible to have a lot of variety to choose from within the same color.

Some people want a definite pop of color in the living room, den, or sitting room. Green always grabs attention, and it can look very different depending on which shade you choose.

Cream is a classic color that seems to go with everything. No matter what kind of room you’re putting the couch in, cream will likely go with it. Going with this soft neutral is often the best choice for a room.

Blue is a color that evokes feelings of stability and calm. Many people want to create a room that’s calm and easy on the eyes. That can be done by choosing a blue sofa.

If you want your couch to stand out, you can choose a pink one. A soft, pale pink goes well with many colors and works almost like a neutral. A bright pink one is eye-catching and fun.

If you have a room that’s styled with deep colors, black is often a good choice for a couch. It can go well with dark colors like maroon and dark green as well as with other neutrals.

You can’t get much more functional than a beige couch. Beige goes in virtually any room. And if you want to move it to a different room later, it will go well in there too.

There are a lot of shades of orange that can work well for a sofa. Many people choose a deeper, burnt orange that goes well in a room that uses other earth tones like brown and green.

For a stand-out sofa, it’s hard to beat teal. It’s a strong color that you can use to guide the rest of the room. If you like a lot of bright colors, starting with a teal couch is a great way to build a room’s color palette.

White

There’s just something about a soft, white couch that makes it look so cozy. If you’re doing light colors in a room, a white couch will go with pretty much everything else there.

Navy is a neutral that’s more rarely seen on couches than many of these other colors. A dark blue can go very well with other shades of blue that are in the room as well as other dark colors.

Brown

In terms of aesthetics, we do want our bathrooms to feel welcoming and serene, but, at the same time, they need to be functional.
