1. Buy Once Products

It’s a subscription-driven world, and everything comes with a monthly fee. We yearn for the days when you could make a one-time purchase and own a product for life. Remember the satisfaction of buying a video game or software without worrying about losing access? We’d love to see this buy-once ownership model return.

2. Translucent Electronics

The ’90s brought us the era of translucent electronics, with see-through designs on Game Boys, computers, and even phones. These gadgets added a touch of futuristic charm to our lives. Who wouldn’t want to see a revival of this visually striking trend?

3. Capes

Capes were the epitome of dramatic and mysterious fashion. They added flair to any outfit and made you feel like a superhero or a supervillain. A resurgence of capes in everyday fashion would turn heads on the streets.

With all the streaming and digital downloads, physical media like CDs and DVDs have taken a backseat. Yet, we miss the tangible feeling of owning a physical copy and browsing through album art or DVD collections.

During times of scarcity and uncertainty, victory gardens were crucial in ensuring food security. Reintroducing the concept of victory gardens would promote sustainable living and strengthen our connection to the earth.
